Morgan Hallock - Founder & Education Consultant

Morgan Hallock brings nearly 20 years of experience in education, working across public and private school settings, including residential psychiatric programs and district-level administration. Starting her career as a teacher’s aide, she has grown into a versatile leader in special education and behavioral support.

Morgan earned her M.Ed. in Special Education from Plymouth State University, along with a certification in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Her expertise includes developing and managing specialized programs, such as an Emotional Behavioral Disorder classroom in a public elementary school, and serving as a Student Services Coordinator. In this role, she oversaw special education, Section 504 programming, out-of-district placements, and multi-language learner services.

Morgan is passionate about partnering with schools and families to create effective, inclusive solutions that empower students with disabilities to thrive. Her diverse background and commitment to innovation make her uniquely equipped to support a wide range of educational needs.
